Completing this project was a challenge. The main reason I believe for it being this way is due to the fact that when I initiated it I did not realise how broad the subject i'd chosen to investigate was. And so in the first essay for example, I didn't manage to break down anything to gain any clear understandings of my argument in the first draft. In order to continue with the project I had to begin looking at more specific aspects of the relationship between Social Media and Creative Practice. This focus enabled me to generate more grounded arguments that had more substance. I think that in future COP projects I will have to focus more specifically from the outset. This should enable me to gain a clearer understanding of what I'm looking into which will be especially important when it comes to the practical side of the project.

I have really enjoyed looking into this specific subject as I believe that it is imperative that it gets investigated considering how quickly social media is developing and how many people are choosing to use it more and more each day. From the research I have undertaken I do believe that there is a way for creative practice and social media to work hand in hand, but something that does need closer attention is the psychological effects that social media can cause when used on social terms.
